I began at MakerSquare, as a student in their November 2014 Cohort ( a 12 week session ). Being unemployed before attending, I was open to virtually any opportunity to contribute to a successful enterprise. Without a hint of exaggeration, accepting an offer and working at MakerSquare has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. After working with the next class of students as a Teaching Assistant, I applied to work in the Admissions Department. Coming to work everyday never feels quite like work, and my coworkers have become lifelong friends. Harsh Patel and MakerSquare truly know how to foster a community of warmth and excitement.
Working at MakerSquare, means interacting with a hand-selected group of individuals, all of whom are striving to better themselves. Our students come from backgrounds as dynamic as the JavaScript taught in the classroom; from designers to theoretical mathematicians.
