Pay could be better honestly

Helping others is very rewarding. Started out very well and seemed to be a very welcoming environment at the start. The idea is amazing.

Certian supervisors will falsely accuse and give out write ups. They will make assumptions and threaten termination. They will also terminate employment over accusations with zero evidence. Certian Supervisors will also show favoritism to the point of being toxic. I myself was also loudly vocally disciplined (screamed at) when I attempted clarification on a subject. I was falsely accused of doing illegal activities, multiple times with zero evidence and threatened with termination and write ups. I was terminated when I refused to use my personal vehicle for transporting clients when I was hired with the understanding we would be using the company cars. I later found out that my old coworkers were given false reasons for my leaving that bordered on defamation of my character.
