Great work environment, great pay and excellent benefits. On top of all that we also work 4-10s so getting 3 day weekends is an extra bonus. The management staff trys their best to create a positive work environment. I have worked here for 9 years and it is a way better company now than it was 9 years ago.

work conditions can be tough (hot, cold, rainy ect)but that's part of working construction.
