Ok but not great - Manager Malmaison Employee Review

Hey There, One of my favourite properties is the Belfast Malmasion. So much history, fantastic rooms and a great pint of Guinness. Disapointed to hear your feedback on the benefits we offer... we're you aware we offer cycle to work schemes, heavily discunted staff rates on rooms and food&drink, high street shopping discounts via The Box, healthcare cashplans, careers development opportunities via local apprenticeships or internal L&D. All detailed in the Employee Handbook which was available in our e-learning library. I'll make sure speak with the team in Belfast about promoting these benefits so everyone is aware moving forward.
