      Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      Management in Brighton is bad. The hotel is falling apart. The GM is mean. Money is rubbish. Hours are bad too.

      Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Nice to see you work with some nice team members. This review is harsh - All management in our company do attend a 3 day workshop with the learning and development team, which helps with how to support team members. We do pay National living wage and hospitality is various hours. Thank-you for your feedback and we do take comments onboard.       Hi There, Thanks for your reveiw. Glad you have enjoyed your time at Malmaison. We do offer a range of flexible contracts designed to work around both the employee and the needs of the hotel. These contracts do help maintain a work/ life balance but we do acknowledge that during peak times some shifts may seem longer than others. Ben
