Not a good company - Mechanical Engineer Malone Engineering Group Employee Review

Bad culture. Agreed optional working from home at interview phase but now have removed it. Miserable with company days out, 2 drink tokens at xmas party. Poor flexibility with leaving early / starting late if needed. More interested in having bums on seats in the office than productivity.
