Great Co-Workers - Senior Digital Marketing Manager Mambo Media Employee Review

Mambo was a fantastic place to work. Although my contract was short-term, I felt like I was part of a dynamic, supportive team. Mambo's on-boarding process was topnotch. I was thoroughly trained and my expectations were clearly delineated. My direct supervisor checked in frequently, and ensured that I had clear, concise feedback. I'd welcome the opportunity to work for Mambo again, either as a contractor or full-time employee. Plus, it's a dog-friendly workplace. I was surrounded by adorable pugs most days that I was there. You can't ask for more!

I was a short-term contractor, so it's difficult for me to contribute much. With that said, as a PM, I think there's too much overlap between Account Managers and Project Managers. Despite the frequent feedback, it was hard to know exactly what my responsibilities were.

The PMs and other employees were lovely to work with.

The owners are stingy, penny pinching and not willing to pay experts for their time.
