Pros

The standout strength of the company was its talented and passionate people. Teams were highly skilled, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality work. Working alongside such individuals was a rewarding experience and a key highlight of my time there as I learnt a lot from them.

Cons

The company faced significant challenges due to inexperienced leadership and a lack of strategic direction. Persistent issues such as missed sales targets, unclear product roadmap execution, and financial instability ultimately led to investor intervention. This shift prioritised cost recovery, resulting in substantial redundancies. The situation worsened following the founder’s departure and a major leadership reshuffle, including the appointment of the current CEO. During this transition, the organisation struggled to create clarity around its identity, mission, and target market. Strategic decisions aimed at emulating large-scale tech companies fundamentally altered the culture, creating a disconnect between leadership and how the company's values were lived day-to-day. These changes were implemented without meaningful engagement, leaving employees uncertain and disengaged. Leadership often communicated through town halls with vague responses that failed to address core concerns, reinforcing the sense of detachment. I hope the company has since stabilised and regained focus, as there were talented individuals who deserved a more consistent and supportive environment.

Pros

partnership with Coursera learning platform

Cons

product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
