Pros
-4DWW -Remote (since they closed most offices except the 'core' offices -the product works well for specific use cases
Cons
- Constant changing company goals and sales 'strategies' - Executive leadership team promising to make things better and then they come short of their promise or run into resistance, Most quit and moved on while people get fired as a result of their poor leadership. So much turnover at this level that the brand was tarnished in many markets, which led to more layoffs and blame at the lower levels. Our customers would ask about what the hell was going on. Leadership is weak. - New CEO loves his metaphoric presentations. Does not address the real issues. Dodges questions in company wide town halls. Ever since he took over after bringing the whole company to Barcelona for a summit (spending millions) started making 5+ rounds of layoffs and cutting most of our culture and benefits - Salary does not reflect city living standards. Incredibly hard to get a raise even if you have the best performance metrics. Quite literally people had to threaten to leave to get increases. Very toxic - Implementation relies heavily on client hired 3rd party due to customization. Some of our 'best' partners are a nightmare to deal with + manage. - Executive team pushes our product into industries and use cases it has no business trying to solve. poor experience for our customers when expectations are not up front, too much pressure on sales team (perform or get fired) led to this.
