      amazing direct manager, the only plus in this company

      Cons

      people on the same grade, same team had huge differences in salaries no bonuses (only VP and C levels) a lot of people have been fired C-levels changed a lot ( around every year) manipulations in financial statements

      partnership with Coursera learning platform

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
