It can be a good company if they train their employee well.
Cons
Bad culture, Managers have no idea what's going on in MAN's parent company, and No focus on preparing their technicians for future updates. Managers are toxic. They force technicians to do overtime as the idea is to earn more money through customers by making technicians work overtime—lack of experienced employees to guide other employees in technical difficulties—lack of safety. No further career opportunity.
