Pros, I don’t see any- they called you 8 o’clock in night before day of joining and told you they can’t on-board you because Chairman doesn’t want you to join on next day and give you random joining date. By that time you’ll be in nowhere situation And must have relieved from your current organization . Think twice thrice before accepting any offer . I made terrible mistake and relied on them.
