Pros
- Great team environment, it’s extremely friendly and really gives off the family vibes. Never any infighting or negativity between anyone which is rare in a smaller office environment
- They’re super focused on making everything pleasant for you. Very well stocked break room, nice modern office, and Chaim will get you whatever you need, even if it’s silly things you joked about wanting like fidget spinners or under-desk exercise bikes. Also, constant pizza and sushi lunches for birthdays, new hires, various celebrations, just because, etc.
- The team outings. You’d never think you’d WANT and look forward to biannual work parties but here you absolutely do. They’re a ton of fun, especially because everyone is friends and the activities and food are great
-Job specifically, Boris is a great manager and you get all the training and help you need. It’s mostly pretty laid back other than some scrambling at the beginning of the month which is the busy period
- Good benefits package, including an HRA, so you’re well taken care of and the pay is also quite good
Cons
- The beginning of the month can be hectic but there are now plenty of people to offset the work so it should really only get better
- The only actual thing I dislike is the bright lights, Stevie Wonder would flinch if he looked at them too long
