      Pros

      Coffee was decent, building was new and clean, no work on the weekends, holiday party is nice gesture.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY low salaries, minimal growth opportunities, incapable managers, employees are treated as children, monotonous work (warrants low pay), dated methodologies of conducting business. I felt dumber each day I stepped foot into the building. The turnover is absurd.
