The organization focused on hiring hard working, quality candidates so teams were generally hard working. The company believed in training and up skilling.

Compensation is not the best. It is better for newer younger professionals. Very few growth opportunities. Company culture is not the best and focused heavily on high outputs. Issues with some managers in the company are prevalent.
