Horrible Company - Anonymous employee ManagedWay Employee Review

I joined ManagedWay as a summer sales intern to further my knowledge of business operations and sales. What I found was beyond anything I had expected. The incredible staff here coupled with the focus on doing right by the customer is both inspiring and motivating, and getting to work alongside such great staff was something I looked forward to daily. Not only did I get to experience the sales process firsthand, but the mentorship and guidance I received was unmatched. I have yet to work with such a dedicated staff, and highly recommend anyone considering MangedWay to apply!

I can't think of any negative experiences from my time at ManagedWay as all my takeaways were positives and learning opportunities for me to grow.

The company is full of like minded driven individuals that work together to drive the company forward. A strong community feel and welcoming staff nurtures employees to grow and contribute to the company as a whole. Insurance, 401k and other benefits show that the employees are truly appreciated from the top down.

Being a smaller company sometimes you need to put in some extra hours to get everything accomplished but it is worth it and the time and effort do not go unnoticed but upper management.
