Pros
The fellow assistants are some of the best people I have met moving out to LA. A good place to use as a stepping stone to your next job.
Cons
1. No HR. There's absolutely no regulation as to how they treat their employees and when your job is to babysit grown adults this gets incredibly tricky 2. Managers' egos get in the way of proper business. 3. Lack of support with PTO, sick leave, and even maternity leave. 4. Little to no room for growth within the company despite constant promising. 5. No support for mental health and a lot of hypocritical behavior
