Pros

The management is very nice. Co-workers are pleasant too. Every so often they offer incentives for employees to complete as many successful phone calls as possible.

Cons

The pay is low. The work space is noisy. They require you to work two Saturdays a month.

Pros

Flexible working hours, (mostly Nights and some Weekends) and some occasional Days Interesting type of work, (Marketing Research) Opportunity to develop positive, rewarding Business/Residential Relationships with people you talk to via phone/conduct surveys with Fun, occasional Parties and chances to compete in occasional contests and earn/win free incentives/gifts

Cons

Poor Management System - unless you're part of their "favorites" group, you're pretty much on your own when you have a question about a Survey/Customer/Client, problem/concern/grievance, etc. with a Co-Worker, promotional possibilites or opportunities, etc. - Management/Owners not "having your back" when you need them (most) and etc. Very poor ventilation system, (it's very hot in the different rooms you work in and oftentimes hard to breathe/people get sick often, there) No Benefits, (Health, Life, Dental Insurance, 401K, etc.) No Vacations No Paid Holidays Little to no room for Advancement within the Company Lots of people in one Room, (hard to hear the other person on the phone or, at times, concentrate on your conversation with the phone Respondent) Lots of Lay-offs throughout the year, (at least 2-3, with some lasting as much as 2-3 months or longer, (everything is based on when our Clients actually have work available for us to do/perform) Lack of Communication level with Management team, (hard to get questions answered at times, too many Employees needing some kind of help at the same time and lack of personnel to take care of all the Employees/so many Employees at once requiring help and etc.) Difficult schedules - sometimes you suddently get called in to work, sometimes you finish all the work and have to leave early because there is no work, sometimes you're not sure when or what your next day of work will be/or where your next paycheck will come from and etc. and so on!
