Pros

For me the pros here are that they are very upfront about expectations. They let you know during the interview process, hiring process and continues along the way after that as to what to expect next. Thus far they have been spot on! The training and support they offer are amazing and the whole feel for the company is a perfect balance of competitive and HUGE teamwork. Overall, my experience has been great.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it takes some time to get the commissions flowing... but that is of no fault to this company specifically... that is just how it works in the industry and the way commissions work. They do their best with making sure that you feel supported along the way and they work with you on things... but this is definitely a position where you get what you put into it. If you are not willing to do the work, it will show and only effect yourself. So really not a con for MRSI, a con to the position type itself

Pros

Hmmm....There are a couple of classy good people here. Wow! The owner tryings to lift everyone spirits on Friday mornings by bringing in breakfast burritos and company Koolaid for the group. That works until the food is gone.

Cons

Watch yourself, they are watching and listening to everything you say, do and type. Oh Yes they do, they count and tally up your calls and phone time each day. One of most negative heavy vibe workplaces I've ever experienced. If I knew where else to go right now, I'd be there already. If you're normal and don't make a lot of placements pretty rapidly after starting here you will never break away from their draw compensation plan. When you are paid your ridiculous minimum wage pay check every 2 weeks it's actually a personal loan against your own future commissions. (The Draw) Reps have accumulated large draw debts and are still drinking the Friday Koolaid thinking that the next month will be better, or different than the last year has been for them. It's sad to see all the good people that come, go and just struggle here. A couple of the Senior Recruiters don't even bother being polite or even getting to know the new reps because of the constant revolving rep door, they don't spend the energy to trying to be nice and welcoming unless it's Friday and breakfast burrito time. If the training is so good here, why such a high turn and burn rate of people?
