Pros
- Great salary compared to other consultancy firms (Big 4) - The posibility to work internationally as MS has projects outside of Spain - If you have a good partner, they care about your preferences in terms of the project - Young people with top CVs.
Cons
- It is a "hidden" firm. They do not want to be popular so it is traduced in almost no one knows anything about the firm if you are not in consultancy spanish envronment. - There are a lot of projects about reporting or Data transformation/Management. They do not have Corporate Finance projects (M&A, Reestructuring...) - Some of the projects are not for a MS Consultant. For example, there could be projects where you will have to do some work the client does not want to do, so they hire a consultant. - Poor work-life balance. - High hierarchy - Poor employee rating system
