EAP Paid holidays Free insurance for hourly employees (even though it sucks and the deductibles are extremely high)
Cons
Everything Overworked and underpaid No raises They justify not giving raises by blaming the SCA, but the DOL only sets the floor, they do not set the ceiling. They advise management not to rate anyone a 4 during performance evaluations so they will further justify not giving raises. Worst place I’ve ever worked at.
