Pros
very good benefits (particularly health and time off), decent pay and friendly, hard-working coworkers. Lots to do in the area including nature and cultural attractions. Good health benefits.
Cons
Management is dysfunctional. Manager abuses their power and creates unnecessary tension. Due to poor management choices and the refusal to own up to these, the employees suffer as a result and turnover is high. Also, some of the positions are extremely low-pay. The government itself is full of bureaucracy and necessary changes take forever due to red tape.
