Pros

ITS is an excellent place to work. Excellent working environment, great co-workers, good managers, team atmosphere where best practices are put to the test. Civility, honesty, and respect are the hallmarks of this department. It is not perfect, but when the ship is pointed the right direction, things just get better and better.

Cons

As the County transforms into tomorrow's technology, old process and way of thinking have to be changed as well. This sometimes causes differences of opinion and the way to move forward. It is minor, but one of the few things I can find that make the job difficult. Willingness to change is increasing.
