1. Don't follow UGC norms while paying salary to employees. 2. Running like Lala's shop. 3. Not Caring about Employees directly linked with Students. Where Your Employee suffers , Students will naturally suffer 4. If you will not choose importance to Quality Faculity, What they will teach to their students.
