fun is promoted at the university, sports included as interim asset of the university, have plenty of opportunity to indulge in outdoor activities, nice surrounding forest area, monkeys and peacocks are usual sightings, if you are lucky you can also view deer.
Cons
Many management decisions don't make too much sense, and your objection may be taken in the wrong sense, promotion of new ideas is not very appreciated,
