The customers I serve are great and the atmosphere from the guests is great.
Cons
Hospitality managers are extremely rude to all staff members. They walk around with their nose in the air as if they are superior beings that walk all over their staff and do all the hard work. If you ask a question or are unsure about anything they will humiliate and verbally attack you. I have left that place in tears from simply raising a concern. The attitude amongst management is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and steer CLEAR from working for this company. They use their staff and don't always pay them. They cheat guests out of money, they only care about their status of being a manager at the arena.
