Poorly managed - Operations Manager Manchester Money Employee Review

This company is badly managed by the Director. He has no knowledge on how to operate a buisness, no knowledge of HR, admin skills and communication skills are very poor and he has no management skills in terms of handling staff. If you leave the company, he makes unsolicited contact with new employers to try to hinder your chances of a job offer, which is considerably unprofessional, the team is micromanaged due to lack of trust and the admin team (what’s left of it) are massively underpaid and undervalued and undertrained!
