1. Many workers there are hard working and willing to lern how to do better. 2. some dept supervisors seem to care and know what there doing.
Cons
1. pay 2. pay 3. pay 4. told us months ago pay scale was under review. Gave us a 50 cent raise last week and said pay scale was under review again. What happened to the review from months ago? 5. went to a 4 day week awhile back, but still make people work 5 or 6 days a week
