      Ineffective administration and a disconnected BOT. Health insurance and other benefits cut to save money. Salaries are low, particularly when considering the lack of benefits.

      Pros

      Work life balance is valued by both the community, but also the workers from this organization. Heading into my field I did not know if it was going to include this, or other values, but I have been proven wrong and that is a good thing.

      Deadlines arise randomly, although consistent may not be able to conclude in a timely manner.
