Pros
I worked as an architectural intern at Mancini Enterprises at the beginning of 2024. From the start, my mentor and colleagues took the time to listen to my doubts and help me grow as an architect. I learned both technical skills and how to think critically and creatively. The quality of work produced here is exceptional, and being involved in such great projects boosted my confidence and pushed me to improve every day.
Cons
At first, the workload and the level of detail in the projects felt a bit overwhelming, especially since I had just relocated to intern here. However, I quickly realized how rewarding the work was, and I appreciated how everyone around me pushed me to do my best. One thing I wish was different is that I would have loved more frequent site visits to the projects I worked on
