Cons
- Trips to Wales prioritised over being in store - Mixed messages coming from different departments - Politics. If you’re liked and just do as you’re told then your golden. If you try stepping outside the box or creating any positive change then you’re causing problems. - Bias. Once an idea is there with them, then that’s it. Received numerous probation reviews in which I was marked as excellent. Only to be dismissed on the assessment day? Conveniently, this came just after I’d been open with them about a recent medical diagnosis and having come back from tested positive for COVID. All of a sudden I could feel that my days were numbered. My line manager avoiding me rather than training me or helping me prior to my assessment… - The list goes on…
