Pros
Before starting Mandarin Stone I was told that the company had fantastic employment opportunities for personal growth. I have worked here now for over a year and I can honestly say that the support from colleagues and managers have been amazing. There is a clear sign that the company helps their employees to prosper and allow them to gain further skills in further roles within the company. The company challenges you to come out of your comfort zone and steers your skills into every aspect of the job at hand.
Cons
It is true that there can be negative areas to every job however I have failed to see any major cons in the time I have spent here to justify a reasonable means to mention. I believe that if there were any faults or downside to this company that were made clear to the management this would be rectified in due course.
