Pros
As someone with a history of mental illness I've never been anywhere that feels as safe and secure. The confidence this brings allows me to do my best work and maintain optimum health. The people at Mando are genuinely lovely and really talented. No egos. Just genuinely great people.
Cons
The business has undergone significant transformation, to evolve the way we deliver services. Although we knew this would create challenge there have been times it's had us stretched. It's evident the leadership team invest a lot to maintain balance but the pace of agency life means transformation is not always comfortable.
