      1) Extremely helpful and understanding company owner. 2) Team Lead and all team members are very co-operative. 3) Salary is very competitive as compared to industry standard. 4) Work culture is highly motivating. 5) The organization provides regular training on the latest recruitment tools to keep the employees updated.

      Pros

      Maneva strongly believes its growth strategy lies in its employees growth & satisfaction along with delivering best, and long lasting solutions to all its clients. They are very much concerned about upscaling their employees skills time to time which helps them to increase productivity along with satisfaction. Maneva management is easy to approach, always ready to hear from its employees for betterment. Best company I ever worked!
