Pros
The team is very friendly and pleasant to work with. They are very accommodating of scheduling needs.
Cons
There is very poor communication with leadership. They struggle to maintain professional relationships both with employees and agents from outside the company. Every male person of color who works there has been told that their tone is to aggressive. Leadership is not focused on scalability, sustainability, and profitability. The senior team relies very heavily on consultants who do not understand the technology at the expense of advice from their team. This leads to many dead end projects that suck time and money without advancing the technology.
