Nice office, people are nice, and relatively fast growing company. If you have creative ideas and fast learner with hard skills, you're welcome to work here with security of your position.
Cons
No systematic training for employees, so no good for new grads. They just need people to finish the job, and you have to be worried about not being recognized of your work if you try to change a job.
Cheap company with poor benefit package and have even no performance review process.
