      Managers have picked out a handful of favorite employees/ they choose to program you their way but the supervisors lack communication skills and disrespectful but want better respect towards them.

      Pros

      The pace is very fast. It was similiar to what I had done at previous jobs.

      Cons

      Manhattan Life did not give me enough accrued time off to go to all of my doctor appointments. I had cancer and they would not make an exception because I had been employed there less than 1 year.

      Longer holidays, perks like ice cream socials, hybrid work, etc

      Cons

      Bullying seems to be a regular thing here. I saw a lot of people talk down on their employees and so forth and so on. Nepotism is the reason this place has the people it has.
