Great opportunity to learn - Benefits Manager Manhattanville University Employee Review

Manhattanville University is a great place to work for a number of reasons. First, the work environment is very supportive. I can bring many ideas and suggestions to my supervisor and they will take them into thought and utilize those ideas. Second, the campus is beautiful! It is very peaceful to take a walk around campus during lunch or after work. Lastly, the tuition remission benefit has been instrumental in my career and has helped set a clear pathway for my future.

The technology is out of date for certain areas, but I know that they are working on updating any out of date tech.

Nice people to work with, lots of paid holidays

Pay is low, benefits are expensive, and raises are a maybe if there are any at all.
