The business does not look profitable or that it would succeed

Great, nice, caring coworkers who are also very smart at their job.

Absent leadership, poor strategy, random layoffs, long sales cycle, still transitioning from consulting firm to saas company. Leadership team is not in the trenches doesn't know what's going on.
