Pros
I went through the 6 week Java bootcamp which was really great. I didn't have the knowledge to get a job as a software developer, and the bootcamp came through for me, and they also paid me to go through it. I learned everything enterprise Java in the bootcamp which gave me the knowledge to be able to answer interview questions intelligently. They did a great job of placing me and getting me an interview as I got placed within 2 weeks upon completion of the boot camp.
Cons
The pay is not as high as it would be if you went full time with a company itself and didn't have to go through a contractor, that being said, being a consultant at Manifest gives you so many connections and allows you to get new jobs doing other kinds of work throughout the city. My only complaint is the pay. It's also important to note that you sign a contract to stay with them for 2 years, and if you leave before that, you must pay them back for the time they spent on you in the bootcamp.
