Very friendly staff and boss and good company benefits

None as far as I remember except for the pay.

Job is surely a great challenge and you'll learn to do multi tasking and become expert at it because you'll be doing different tasks everyday.

You are doing jobs usually for 2 to 5 people but you'll be paid poorly by the company. Job is very demanding. You'll work 6-7 days a week, 24/7 on call and most often are not paid for overtime work.
