Pros

Good benefit package and attempt for team building.

Cons

Management does not listen. There are several teams and some good people to work with. But if you work in the Aviation team you have 1 person that has been with the company for 12 years that will sit there and talk about her ex husband and anything and everything negative all day and will not cross train but will spend all her time making up issues and finding ways to push you out because of her insecurities. The sad part is that her supervisor will follow along. So i would say the worse toxic environment i ever experienced. Don’t waste your time. She is still there this year of 2023

Pros

For the most part the people that you work with (non management) are amazing! It can be a bit of a laid back atmosphere, which is both a good thing and can be a bad thing, and they do throw some great parties. They, also, do a company match for the HSA and pay the majority of the health insurance premiums, which is nice.

Cons

The favoritism was the biggest problem. If you became personal friends with management in some way, you were in and could do no wrong, no matter how bad you were at your job. However, if someone that was a favorite or a member of management didn’t like you personally, you could be let go very quickly, even if you were great at your job. They also would continue to add more and more responsibilities onto workers that were outside of their job scope while never paying any addition money or moving them into an open position that covered those additional responsibilities. It also didn’t appear that they liked employees who had any kind of ambition to move up with in the company, again unless you were one of the favorites. Pay was on the low side and they were ok with simply being a starter job for most people. They would rather have high turnover than pay good workers what they deserved. The insurance wasn’t that great; you have to fork out about $3000 before it would cover anything.
