This is a great welcoming atmosphere to work in. The company treats you like family not just like another faceless employee when you walk thru the doors. It's a constant moving and growing company that's always bubbling with new opportunities for everyone to advance to. The owners recognize their hard working employees and reward them for that hard work and commitment towards their company. You will feel appreciated and apart of this company more and more everyday your with Manning Pool Service! I've been with the company for over a year, and have found my career here at MPS. These aren't cons to me but more insight towards future applicants whom may join. In this industry it is a laborious and hard working industry and involves being in all types of weather conditions year round unless completely serve. But, this company always ensures safety first for all of it's employees.
