Pros

There is an unlimited PTO policy.

Cons

Not even sure where to start. If you work here, expect an extremely toxic and unhealthy environment. From late pay (to no pay at all), promised and never received bonuses/promotions/raises, to having our health insurance premiums stolen by Kevin to fund his personal expenses, and much more fraudulent activity. Kevin in particular is extremely deceitful. He presented this company as if it was a well running machine with happy clients, and this is far from the reality. In truth, all of the team is significantly over capacity (some PMs had 20 clients at one point!) and this company is not even making enough money to make ends meet. Additionally, the company never has the funds to spend for things like INBOUND (which is hard to believe that a HubSpot Elite partner would not be at the largest HubSpot event of the year) but then Kevin registers and attends conferences for AI (despite the team not being trained in AI and Kevin uses ChatGPT for all his AI needs). Kevin and upper management consistently misrepresent what their team can do to clients and potential new hires. I cannot urge you to consider another company more strongly.

Pros

Everybody works really hard and are great team players. Very digital with lots of good ways to communicate with teams.

Cons

Typical agency cons. There can be a lot of turnover and business isn’t always the most consistent.

Pros

ManoByte is a great place to learn all aspects of our industry. You are given plenty of options for training and growth. In fact training is encouraged incessantly. I love the variety of the workday here, you never get bored. There is always opportunity's to brainstorm ways to provide better service to our clients. You are trusted with flexibility and not micromanaged.

Cons

You have to be willing to go with the flow and be adaptable. Our industry is ever changing and you have to be able to keep up with it and constantly improve your skills as well. With flexibility comes responsibility. You have to be willing to pull your weight and step up to do whatever is needed to get the job done. If you don't the team will notice. There is no place for egos here.
