Where to begin. I’ve taken a little while to write this and decided that while there are harassment claims that may get addressed the people handling them protect the accuser and the company first and foremost. There are some extremely controlling men AND woman in positions of authority that sabotage anyones opportunity for advancement. The lies that are circulated are astounding. And those responsible for those lies should be released from employment. The culture of care or Dei initiative they are trying to put out, laughable. Manson should focus on the years and years of unattended damage at the very core of the institution. Fix those issues first, and then hire better. Push retirement on those that really should consider it, the young people will only continue to leave because they will and are going no where with their careers. “Take care of our people” try harder. This company has potential but too often gets in their own way.
