Terrible Management, Would Never Recommend - Project Engineer Manson Construction Co. Employee Review

Pros

Gained great learning experience because I was forced into situations with understaffing and other unique situations.

Cons

Well when I worked there I was harassed by my boss and other coworkers, HR only cares about the higher management employees and did absolutely nothing. I quit and then because of that my boss was demoted (only demoted, even though he harassed other coworkers as well) and I was only offered a lower position than what I was previously working as to come back to the company. I was running 3 projects as project manager without the title or appropriate pay for months. I was punished for doing well at my job and my work taken credit for by my boss. I was never given proper rotational assignments compared to all other engineers I knew at my level. No advancement is provided without killing yourself at work (which I did) and begging for it for months. Not a good company to work for. Falling apart currently and terrible management. They do not care about their employees. They lost 10+ employees that quit after I left and exposed a horrible situation.

Pros

Bonus and esop are good.

Cons

Just loath thinking of going to work every morning and dread mondays over the weekend. They are not there for employees, don’t believe their motto, “we take care of our employees”, they don’t care. No career growth, across Manson. New employees are not here for Manson, they’re here to try and make themselves look more important than they really are.
