Worst and Fake ... No Personal life - Software Engineer Manthan Studio Employee Review

There is no best reasons for this, they treat employees like a robos.Nothing at all, it will be a joke to talk about this company It’s a company run by unprofessional people and their mentality is very bad.

You will lose relieving letter, there are hundreds of employees who have not received the relieving letter just because they quit the company.You may be manhandled if you try to quit the company and they or t heir clients still need you.One can see their real bad face and behavior only after joining the company. Abusing someone is the fun part of management. Work wise you will get to know about the feature once it is reported by the client and if you raise the query and your manager is not in good mood you can listen m/c/b/c in front of everyone.

The only good thing about this company is that it has not yet boomed into a big company (which I'm sure it never will) so as they are not screwing up as many careers as yet. My condolences to those who are still working in there.

There are many, I am not even sure to where do I start. Timings: No schedule, 27x7 be ready.. If you went home from work there is a high probability that you will get call again to come office... Even at 3AM in the night. Copy_Paste: Everything, every concept is being copied from net and then implementing them on their so called projects. This company will surely get sued under copyright infringement soon in near future. No Mobile Policy: Only for juniors, seniors will flaunt their latest smartphones in the development area which according to their cheap (read copied) policy is illegal. Personal Life: Employee should cut all his/her personal relations to join this company. Fake Training: Training is just an excuse for seniors to show off what they have achieved. They will hire student from colleges and then make them work day night according to their wishes for FREE for atleast 6 months. Yes, they work both day and night. Don't even ask what that means. Politics: Too much cheap, dirty, filthy office politics. I wanted to literally kill myself during my days at the office and I am sure many share the same feelings with me. Salary: What this? Don't ever expect money in return of your work. They will show you high packages but won't pay you. PF deduction from both sides is from the employee. Salary, if ever credited is done on 22nd of every month, so as you are bound to work for 22 odd days every month. Blame Game: Too much blame for work not done and credits taken for work done by others. This list can go on into infinity... but I don't want to waste anymore time on it.
