      Coworkers are great, easy to get along with and very educated. clients are awesome as well.

      Cons

      Tipless facility, markets it as paying the therapists “enough” that tips aren’t necessary but in reality limits the therapists income. Amount one session costs a client the therapist won’t even make in a day. Morning shift starts at 730 am.

      Fair pay, you don't have to deal with tips, everything provided, benefits available.

      Cons

      Studio Managers are not massage therapists or wellness professionals so sometimes there can be a disconnect from therapist's needs and job expectations from management.
