Lack of strong leadership No incentives for acquiring team goals Lack of budget for expanding A short summary: I have enjoyed my stay at the company for a bit over a year. The decision to leave was formed mainly due to lack of company direction and possibility of growth. It feels like the employment space has stagnated and there are no future prospects, especially for the younger individuals (I am talking 40 years or less). What had me the most frustrated is the lack of motivation from management to take on decisions that would help lead the company towards innovative ideas. The company is facing many challenges and I felt like my position was more like a bandage for the company that would help it survive just a little bit longer. I left because I feared that my career was going nowhere. I hope the business improves and that there will be some big changes within the C level management to help improve the direction of the company, because with my experience, I can't recommend it to anyone who are looking to grow their career.

Company is very big and looks good on your CV - maybe it helps. Managers will let you to go on holidays if you need, You don't need to fight for them.

Everything in company is very very slow. If you need an approval - you will be waiting for weeks. But in logistics - time is critical. So you might get blamed for not doing something on time, but you were waiting for approval. Many processes are manual - you have excel file; you will update it in another system; and then you will put the same details in third system - SAME TASK is done for DIFFERENT MANAGERS in their preferred way of reading report. That is WASTED TIME. Lastly - crazy work culture, YOu finish all your job, but you can't go home, you must to look busy. But at 17:00 EVERYONE leaves office immedietly.What do you think people were doing since 16:00? Everyone pretended to be working. Finally, nobody from other departments care about your work, You want to give suggestion to sales; they will tell you to shut up as you don't have experience, If you would raise your questions to other deparments - they will shut you up quickly, In this company you have to protect your own area and don't give suggestions to other departments.
