The product team is still relatively small but quickly growing with some really good quality people coming onboard over the last 6-12 months. I feel there is lots of growth opportunities as we grow.
Cons
It's typical challenge of small product teams focused on rapid technology innovation - there is just always a never-ending list of big projects for us to work on.
